Size Still Matters - Zoning Ordinance's Billboard Size Restrictions Upheld by Commonwealth Court by Michael G. Crotty and Ryan M. Jennings

Despite an earlier Supreme Court decision striking down an ordinance’s twenty-five (25) square foot billboard size limit, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court has recently upheld a fifty (50) square foot size limit in ruling on a validity challenge pursued by a billboard company.
