Stephen V. Siana is the Firm's Executive Partner. Mr. Siana is a native of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University in 1980, entitling him to a Certificate for Special Attainments in Commerce. Mr. Siana graduated from the Villanova University School of Law where he served as a Case & Comment Editor for the Villanova Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. His practice focuses on commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership matters, real estate, land use and zoning, commercial lending and employment practices. Mr. Siana also has significant experience in the areas of municipal law, insurance defense and estate planning. Mr. Siana has been instrumental in the development of group self-insurance and risk-sharing pools in Pennsylvania in both the general liability and workers' compensation areas.

Andrew J. Bellwoar is a native of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in 1984. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1988, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a participant in the National Moot Court Competition. Mr. Bellwoar is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court in Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County's Trial Division. Since 1992, Mr. Bellwoar has represented municipal entities in all aspects of litigation, including police professional and public official liability, with an emphasis on civil rights issues and land use issues. He currently serves as Solicitor to various municipalities and local agencies in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Bellwoar also represents individuals and businesses in commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes, real estate, zoning and land use. He frequently lectures on current issues involving land use and civil rights.

Thomas X. McAndrew, Jr. is a native of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. Mr. McAndrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. McAndrew concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis in municipal law, including police professional, public official, motor vehicle and premises liability. He also has considerable litigation experience representing clients in medical, legal and other professional malpractice claims, personal injury claims, and family law matters. Mr. McAndrew has also lectured on the topics of municipal and professional liability.

Allan B. Greenwood received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Greenwood is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Greenwood has practiced in Chester County for over 35 years. For the past 18 years, he has held the position of Chair of the Chester County Bar Association By-Laws Committee. Formerly, Mr. Greenwood served in various executive roles for the Chester County Bar Association, culminating in his election to the position of President. Mr. Greenwood's experience includes serving as solicitor for several municipalities and zoning hearing boards. Mr. Greenwood concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law and estate administration. Mr. Greenwood has been a Partner at Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, LLP since October of 2004.

Christopher P. Gerber is a native of Atlantic City, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1991. Mr. Gerber graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1995, where he was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Moot Court Honor Society. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gerber concentrates his practice in labor and employment law, civil rights, and municipal law. Mr. Gerber frequently lectures on issues that affect public and private employers located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Eric M. Brown is a native of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Brown graduated from Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Mr. Brown earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brown taught history at a local public high school. Mr. Brown has a long history of political and community service, and has held elected office on a local school board. Mr. Brown’s practice focuses on employment and labor law, municipal and school law, civil rights, land use/zoning, and governmental affairs. Mr. Brown is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Chester County Bar Association and actively participates in the Pennsylvania School Solicitors’ Association. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Michael G. Crotty is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Crotty received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2000. Mr. Crotty obtained his Juris Doctor from Villanova School of Law in 2003. During law school, Mr. Crotty served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, and authored an article that was selected for publication. Mr. Crotty also received the Student Advocacy Award from the International Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Board Achievement Award and Staff Achievement Award from the Environmental Law Journal. Prior to joining Siana, Bellwoar and McAndrew, LLP, Mr. Crotty served as a law clerk to the Honorable President Judge Emeritus Stephen J. McEwen, Jr., of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mr. Crotty concentrates his practice in municipal law with an emphasis on zoning, land use, and federal civil rights issues pertaining to the same.

Matthew R. Kline is a native of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. He is a 1997 graduate of Villanova University where he received his Bachelor of Arts. Mr. Kline graduated from Seton Hall School of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Kline practiced in Philadelphia and concentrated in various types of civil litigation defense including products liability, medical malpractice, civil rights, and construction. His present practice focuses on municipal defense, land use and general insurance defense litigation.

Thomas J. Ruggieri is a native of Villanova, Pennsylvania. Mr. Ruggieri earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Joseph’s University in 1988. Mr. Ruggieri obtained his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1991. During law school, Mr. Ruggieri received the Fred J. Dibona Appellate Advocacy Award. Mr. Ruggieri served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Anthony J. Gibson of Atlantic County Superior Court, Equity Division where he focused on commercial disputes, real estate matters and casino litigation. Mr. Ruggieri also served as a Judicial Intern for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Family Division, under the Honorable Vito F. Canuso. Prior to joining Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, Mr. Ruggieri concentrated his practice on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on Professional Liability, Products Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Real Estate and Family Law. Mr. Ruggieri is licensed in both the State and Federal District courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Ruggieri currently concentrates his practice on municipal law, family law, estate and trust law, and general civil litigation.

Michael T. Taylor is a native of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Taylor graduated from Boston College in 1995 where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. After graduating college, Mr. Taylor attended the Temple University School of Law, where he graduated in 1998. While at Temple, Mr. Taylor was a member of the Temple Environmental Law and Technology Journal. Prior to joining Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, LLP, Mr. Taylor’s practice specialized in complex medical malpractice and other personal injury matters from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives. In 2005, Mr. Taylor received an appointment to serve as a hearing officer for the Pennsylvania Attorney Disciplinary Board. In this role, he is charged with conducting evidentiary hearings and recommending discipline as a part of the Supreme Court’s oversight of attorneys in the Commonwealth. Mr. Taylor is a member of the Board of Directors of the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce. He is admitted to practice in Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Taylor concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, municipal law and education law.

Jason R. Young is a native of central Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma City University in 1996, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in History. Following graduation, Mr. Young moved to New York City where he worked as an Information Technology Consultant for large investment banks. Mr. Young later obtained his law degree from New York Law School. During law school, Mr. Young was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, competing with distinction at two national moot court competitions, a writer for Citylaw Journal, a member of the Intellectual Property and Information Law Society, an Intern for the Honorable Carolyn Demarest of the New York Supreme Court, and was recognized by the school for his work in support of the public good. Prior to joining Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, LLP, Mr. Young served as law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey K. Sprecher of the Court of Common Pleas, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Young currently serves as a law clerk for the Firm. He resides in Chester County with his wife and daughter.
